Dear Fellow District 3 Neighbors,

My name is Eduard Navarro, and today, I am announcing my candidacy for Supervisor of District 3 in the upcoming November 5, 2024, San Francisco election. As a resident and entrepreneur in our vibrant community, I am deeply committed to fostering an environment where fear and injustice have no place, and where every individual is empowered to reach their fullest potential.

With over two decades of experience in finance technology, investments, and city-building, I have led initiatives that not only generate economic growth but also prioritize sustainable development and social equity. My recent venture, Matria, aims to empower individuals and bridge communities across the Spanish and Portuguese speaking world from right here in San Francisco, by giving access to global markets, creating simple cross-border standards and education on best practices.

Previously, as CEO and founder of Net de Gerrers, in Valencia, Spain, I directed the growth of an alternative investments firm, emphasizing real estate and infrastructure developments that served as catalysts for socio-economic improvement. Previously, my leadership at Dominion South in Georgia, USA, was driven by a vision of walkable cities, promoting a lifestyle that values community connectivity and environmental stewardship.

My academic background, with a Masters in Real Estate Development and Architecture from Columbia University and a Bachelors degree in Architecture from Georgia Tech, equips me with a robust understanding of how thoughtful urban planning and strategic investments can transform communities.

As your Supervisor, I will leverage my international business development experience, strategic insight, and passion for socio-economic development to address the challenges facing our district. I am dedicated to fighting fear and injustice, ensuring that every resident of District 3 has the opportunity to thrive in a safe, inclusive, and vibrant community.

Together, we can defend and uphold the values that make San Francisco a unique and powerful example to the world.
